watched 28 days later. it was shot in digital film medium and the scenes of empty london had to be shot in the weee hours of the morning. tis very surreal to see a city so dead. the greatest irony in my opinion, is despite the virus infecting people making that rabid blood hungry zombies, the greatest threat to the protagonist and his companions in the climatic mansion scene were the uninfected human soldiers themselves who wanted to kill the guy and fuck the girls.

oh don't you just love being human.

the cinematography was excellent, fast paced and erratic. a la trainspotting. given the 10-second attention span of the mtv generation, this is very apt. which would also mean that i have long surpassed my alloted share of your attention and kudos to you if you've read this far. i shant hold you any longer go play.
