Hmmm. Was talking to trevor about the state of sleeplessness, insomnia, and how, after a prolonged period of sleep-deprivation, one's state of consciousness enters a state of limbo, into an almost surrealistic landscape where all is quiet, all is still and the only sounds are the voices in your head, running here there bouncing off the walls shouting for attention whispering for silence. I would best describe it as a lucid state of thought, when the intanglible becomes crystal clear, like a sculpture you can hold, caress and analyse.

Let me give you an analogy- you know that magic eye shit? when all you see is garbled shit but then suddenly for a moment it becomes super clear and the picture pops up? yea you get that... things make perfect sense. Its lovely!

Like, it was in these moments I birthed alot of my pieces (ya i know it sounds... pretentious but cut me some slack), and its in those moments that they are perfect, like... like the rose in Beauty and The Beast. Sparkling and sadly, transient. Even the physical realization of the concept pales in comparison to what the artist see's in his mind's eye. I guess it is this madness that has driven many an artist to suicide (though that is a tired cliche.)
