So that was Exercise Nutcracker... making holes in the earth and then filling it up again. Anyway I got to dig the trench with Abu, also Known as the King of Idle and the patron Saint of Laziness. While on the first day, I had to commend him on his hard work in helping to dig our fire trench, on the night we occupied it, he became so bloody lazy he just stayed in the trench and slept.
